Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. 9:00 – 5:30. From time to time, to support international business needs, some working days may require a later start and later finish.

Bids & Contracts Manager
The Bids & Contracts Manager leads the end-to-end management of competitive bids, tender responses and business contract lifecycle across the entire business. Operating as the central point of coordination, this role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Technology, Customer Experience, HR and Operations to produce compliant, compelling, and on-time submissions for tenders, whilst also managing the drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal and termination of our B2B contracts. Using a project management approach, the Manager plans, authors, and quality-assures responses, ensuring alignment with customer / business requirements, commercial strategy, and governance standards in a complex, global environment. The role includes responsibility for multi-million-pound tenders and requires operating across international markets.
