FULL DESCRIPTION
Work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing multi-sector group of companies at board level. This is a high-impact, strategic role offering exposure across multiple business units. You’ll collaborate with the CEO on key initiatives, contribute to strategic decision-making, and gain insight into running a diverse and ambitious business. It’s an ideal position for someone aiming to progress into leadership roles in strategy, operations, or innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO to improve strategic oversight and time management, focusing attention on the most critical priorities.
- Understand and align with the company’s strategic goals across its varied business sectors.
- Monitor and evaluate performance across business units, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and identify emerging opportunities.
- Act as a sounding board for new initiatives and provide input based on research, industry trends, and internal performance data.
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic summaries.
- Liaise with COOs and senior leaders to track project progress and ensure milestone alignment.
- Represent the CEO in communications and meetings where appropriate, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
What we're looking for
- MBA or equivalent, with strong academic credentials and demonstrable business acumen.
- Strategic mindset with a keen interest in sustainability, renewable energy, and innovation.
- Exceptional research, analysis, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with business tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms.
