Civils & Reactive Works Manager
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Civils & Reactive Works Manager to oversee small-scale civils and reactive works projects, prepare estimates, drive new business, manage teams, and maintain client relationships. The role involves ensuring compliance, maintaining records, and delivering KPIs. The ideal candidate has experience in civils, infrastructure, or reactive maintenance, strong estimating skills, leadership, and IT proficiency.
THE ROLE
- Manage end-to-end delivery of small-scale civils and reactive works
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and quotations for new projects
- Support business growth through identifying and converting sales opportunities
- Oversee teams of operatives and subcontractors on live sites
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Use company systems to maintain accurate records, pricing, and reporting
- Delivering KPI’s and key customer satisfaction scores by ensuring customers’ requirements are achieved
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in civils, infrastructure, or reactive maintenance
- Strong estimating skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Good IT skills, confident user of CRM systems, MS Office and able to use web-based systems.
- Can demonstrate success in improved service delivery and customer satisfaction.
