The role is located at Thurmaston Shopping Centre, Leicester. Responsibilities include external site cleaning, emptying litterbins, daily health and safety checks, and lone working.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our Grounds Maintenance Department on a permanent basis with immediate effect. The role is located at Thurmaston Shopping Centre, 9 Barkby Thorpe Lane, Leicester, LE4 8GP.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
- External site cleaning
- Emptying litterbins and litter picking
- Daily Health and Safety checks, reporting repairs and any issues
- Using tools and machinery when necessary, with all tools and equipment provided
- Being vigilant of your surroundings and proactively reporting anything of concern
- Lone working & responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and tidy
- 2 days per week: Saturday and Sunday
- 8 hours per week – 4 hours per day
