Store Manager

We are seeking a seasoned, stylish, and dynamic Store Manager with a strong background in retail to join our team. This full-time role is essential for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our new store.

As the Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, transforming browsers into buyers and maximizing sales. You will oversee daily operations, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and most importantly, cultivate customer relationships to encourage repeat business both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop a new store and act as a brand ambassador for [Employer hidden] in Brighton, UK
  • Work towards KPIs and ensure processes are seamless and customer service is the best it can be to meet and exceed daily/weekly targets
  • Assist customers, providing product information and recommendations using strong knowledge of the brand
  • Maintain store presentation and replenish shop floor
  • Manage and organize accurate stock levels
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience and smooth store operations
  • Manage weekly deliveries of stock
  • Display strong interpersonal skills with all stakeholders

Qualifications

  • A proven retail background- men's fashion preferred (2 year minimum)
  • Sales management experience overseeing one or more direct reports (1 year minimum)
  • People Management experience essential
