Store Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a seasoned, stylish, and dynamic Store Manager with a strong background in retail to join our team in Brighton City Centre. The role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and cultivating customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop a new store and act as a brand ambassador for [Employer hidden] in Brighton, UK
  • Work towards KPIs and ensure processes are seamless and customer service is the best it can be to meet and exceed daily/weekly targets
  • Assist customers, providing product information and recommendations using strong knowledge of the brand
  • Maintain store presentation and replenish shop floor
  • Manage and organize accurate stock levels
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience and smooth store operations
  • Manage weekly deliveries of stock
  • Display strong interpersonal skills with all stakeholders

Qualifications

  • A proven retail background- men's fashion preferred (2 year minimum)
  • Sales management experience overseeing one or more direct reports (1 year minimum)
  • People Management experience essential
