Motion and AI Content Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a Motion and AI Content Lead to elevate our digital presence with captivating, contemporary, and future-focused content.

This new role sits within the Marketing team, and is well-suited to an individual who pairs creative and imaginative thinking with strong technical capability, who enjoys pushing boundaries and is motivated by the emerging possibilities of AI-enabled content development.

You will create videos, animations, dynamic social content, and multimedia assets that bring the [Employer hidden] brand to life across hospitality, healthcare, workspace and cruise sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality videos, animations and motion graphics for campaigns, product launches, case studies, training, websites and social media.
  • Use AI tools to support storyboarding, editing, animation, ideation, and content scaling.
  • Create platform‑optimised content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, digital advertising and showroom screens.
  • Develop visual narratives around design trends, sustainability (EcoSense), technology (SmartFabrics) and innovation.
  • Build and maintain a structured library of digital assets and templates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design Studio to translate fabric stories into digital visual experiences.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI creative tools and introduce new ideas and techniques to the team.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in video editing, motion design and animation.
  • Excellent understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
  • Working knowledge of AI creative tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora-style models, ElevenLabs).
  • An eye for detail, colour, composition and brand identity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work at pace.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for experimenting and elevating digital storytelling.
  • Showreel/portfolio showcasing motion work is essential.

Additional Desirable Skills

  • Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine).
  • Basic sound design, colour grading or photography/videography.
  • Experience in interiors, textiles or design-led industries.
