The Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you will plan, develop, and deliver impactful content and events that strengthen the company’s scientific credibility and commercial visibility. This role is suited to an ambitious marketer with strong analytical writing and organizational skills who can translate complex healthcare innovation into clear, compelling narratives across conferences, campaigns, and digital channels.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences.
- Create and manage the end-to-end content creation of scientific and commercial blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and collaterals.
- Craft compelling scientific and commercial submissions for conferences, awards, and other commercial applications.
- Collaborate with scientific, clinical, and technical teams to gather insights and translate complex scientific and technical ideas into clear, impactful messaging.
- Manage creation and execution of digital media including social media, newsletters, and website.
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events and conference attendance.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Track and analyze the performance of content using relevant metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve marketing objectives.
- Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in life sciences)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience writing scientific abstracts, reports and blogs is preferred
- Proactive and detail oriented
- Experience at handling multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Highly organised with ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and/or Artificial Intelligence is a big plus
- Experience with design/ Photoshop
- Experience in digital marketing (SEO, GoogleAds, LinkedIn Ads)
- CRM experience (preferably Hubspot)
