What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):

As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap and performance of our Perks product, one of the most important and high-margin parts of the [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] platform. You’ll also act as custodian of our mobile apps, a key driver of growth and engagement. This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end accountability for customer value, commercial performance, and partner impact.

You’ll define product direction, lead delivery, and work hand-in-hand with teams across Engineering, Product Design, Data, Commercial, Finance, CRM and Go-to-Market. It’s a high-visibility role with real influence across the business.

Day-to-day you can expect to:

  • Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for a core platform product
  • Drive delivery momentum that translates into measurable business impact
  • Gather, analyse and synthesise customer feedback to inform product decisions
  • Engage directly with customers to understand pain points and uncover opportunities
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable requirements for new features and improvements
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Design and Data throughout discovery and delivery
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Success and other go-to-market teams on launches and updates
  • Act as a subject matter expert, confidently challenging legacy decisions and the status quo

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Strong product management experience, ideally with B2C products across web and mobile
  • Hands-on experience working with mobile apps and an understanding of how they differ from web
  • High agency and confidence working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid data and analytics capability, using tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Databricks, SQL or similar
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Product Design and Data teams
  • The ability to derive insight from both qualitative and quantitative data
  • A track record of delivering impact through iterative, outcome-focused product development
  • Experience working with multiple business stakeholders and balancing competing priorities

Bonus points if you bring:

  • Experience launching products to market
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with eCommerce concepts
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows or working with LLMs
