About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the services working in partnership with the Directors, office manager , senior support workers, staff, families and other pertinent agencies. The main purpose of the job is to motivate, supervise and manage all teams as well as ensuring that the people we support are involved in every part of their lives to lead meaningful and active lives as respected members of the society and always respecting that we support people in their own homes. We are committed to ensuring that the REACH standards are at the core of supported living services of the people we support with learning disabilities and/ or autism, focusing on choice, equal opportunities and independence.

Role Requirements:

  • Must hold a Registered Manager Award
  • Good understanding of the care industry surrounding regulations and relevant registration.
  • Experience of managing a delegated budget.
  • At least two years of experience in the role.
  • Hold a clean UK driving Licence.

Work Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

This is a permanent position.
