FULL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our operations. Manage relationships with warehouses and hauliers, process orders, create delivery instructions, organize stock transfers, lead month-end processes, support the wider operations team, collaborate on the yearly budget, identify cost savings, and track KPIs.

YOUR NEW ROLE: OPERATIONS CO-ORDINATOR

We are looking for a proactive and han-dosn Operations Coordinator to support the d-atyo-day running of our operations.

  • Manage the relationship with warehouses and hauliers, as main point of contact during quarterly reviews
  • Process all orders and develop relationships with key customers to ensure they receive great service
  • Creating delivery instructions for our warehouses and logistics partners, informing them of specific customer requirements
  • Organising stock transfers between our manufacturers, EU warehouse and UK warehouse
  • Leading parts of our month end process, making sure that we correctly record stock available in our warehouses
  • Supporting the wider operations team on projects and areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance & Operations to manage the yearly Budget
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)…And many more elements as needed in our- mfaosvting small team!
