[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking an experienced Group Property Surveyor to manage existing and new properties, including offices and clinics across the UK, and to assist in the continued expansion of the group. Responsibilities include identifying and reviewing potential properties, liaising with landlords, negotiating lease agreements, and managing the existing portfolio. The role requires an MRICS member with experience in rent/rates/lease negotiation and good commercial awareness.

Following recent acquisitions and business growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Property Surveyor to join our group.

The role of the Group Property Surveyor will be to manage exiting and new properties in our portfolio, which will include offices and clinic locations across the UK, and to assist in the continued expansion of our group in the UK and Ireland.

Duties will include:

  • Identify and review potential new properties/premises.
  • Liaise with landlords
  • Negotiate and agree favourable terms and lease agreements for the group.
  • Management of existing portfolio
  • Work closely with Group Property manager.
  • Other duties as required.

Experience required:

  • MRICS member
  • rent/rates/lease negotiating
  • Background in surveying
  • Good commercial awareness

This role will require travel throughout the UK, and candidates will need to be flexible in their approach to working hours.
