Transaction Manager
Are you an experienced Transaction, Business or Retail manager or looking to take the next step from sales executive ? We are looking for a driven, commercially focused Transaction Manager to join our highly successful team at our busy Hyundai site in Bromsgrove.
The Role
As Transaction Manager you will:
- Support and mentor the sales team to close deals and maximise them with all profit opportunities
- Manage the overall finance and insurance sales performance
- Ensure full FCA compliance and regulatory standards
- Ensure our high customer satisfaction rate is maintained
- Assist in driving KPI performances across the department
What we're looking for
- Proven experience within a fast paced car sales enrivonment
- Manager experience preffered however not essential, would consider high performing sales executives
- Strong F&I performance track record
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Ambitious, target driven and team focused mindset
