We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Site Care Team Leader to join the Norse Care team, working across all of our 32 care services in Norfolk.
Whether you're an experienced Care Support Worker ready to take the next step, or a current Senior or Team Leader looking to develop your experience, this role offers the chance to grow with Norfolk’s largest care home provider. What could your day look like?
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues by using natural leadership skills to supervise and motivate your team.
- Managing staff across our care establishments, including coordinating last minute staff cover and managing handovers.
- Supporting new starter inductions and assisting with staff performance and reporting.
- Lead by example in delivering high quality person-centred care for our residents. Supporting independence, dignity and informed choices in line with their care plan.
- Overseeing the safe administration of medication in accordance with company procedures.
- Responding promptly to call bells and emergencies and providing an overall excellent level of care.
What are we looking for from you?
- A passion for supporting others by providing exemplary care to our residents.

- Full UK driving licence due to the travel between our establishments.
- Previous experience working within a similar social care role.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to coach, mentor and work effectively as part of a team.

*£500 will be payable at 3 months after successful mid-term probation review & £500 payable after successful probation period in the role. This is subject to successful performance, sickness reviews and completion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently a Care Team Leader within Norse Care. Bonus available for contracted positions for certain vacancies only.*
