Join [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] as a Distribution Account Manager and oversee daily operations for a variety of clients, including, client support, content booking, troubleshooting, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met. The role also supports the wider department across physical distribution, electronic delivery, and live events.
What You’ll Do:
The Distribution Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the Distribution Account Management team, including the management and servicing of various API, self-generated, and [Employer hidden] booking clients. The role ensures that all requests for DCPs (both features and trailers) are created, managed, and delivered to cinemas and venues worldwide within required deadlines.
Purpose
- Coordinate and manage end‑to‑end project and order operations, ensuring accurate planning, prioritisation, and smooth delivery across internal teams and third‑party partners.
- Act as a primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring high‑quality service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee distribution processes, including order processing, courier logistics, equipment knowledge, and demand planning to ensure efficient and cost‑effective delivery.
- Support cross‑department collaboration, helping resolve issues, escalating when needed, and contributing to workflow improvements and team effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement, evaluating processes, enhancing service standards, and supporting strategic goals within the department and wider organisation.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong scheduling, organisation, and calendar‑management abilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
- High level of service orientation supported by strong emotional intelligence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Experienced with workflow and collaboration tools such as Google Docs and Smartsheet
