We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our communications and brand strategies; shaping how NorthWall tells its story across markets, sectors, and strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, strategic marketer to elevate our digital presence, showcase our expertise, and help position NorthWall as a trusted partner and employer of choice in private credit.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and deliver an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with NorthWall’s vision and objectives
- Optimise digital marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI
- Produce and enhance marketing materials (e.g. pitchbooks, fund reports, fund overviews) tailored to different audience groups, showcasing the firm’s strategies and capabilities
- Create and deliver high-quality thought leadership content, timely news updates, and engaging digital materials that authentically reflect NorthWall’s expertise, culture, and market insight
- Build strong cross-firm relationships and develop deep product knowledge to ensure consistent, effective messaging across all platforms
- Oversee NorthWall’s website and LinkedIn, ensuring all content is compliant, audience-focused, and delivered with a consistent tone and high standard of accuracy
- Measure and report performance to guide strategy and enhance engagement across audiences
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing or communications within financial services (private credit experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging professional content
- Proven skills implementing marketing strategies, from developing a marketing campaign, execution of activity and measurement
- Experience collaborating with agency partners when briefing through to execution, reporting, and post campaign analysis
- Digital marketing experience essential, including email marketing and SEO
- Experience using digital channels (LinkedIn, WordPress or equivalent) and analytics platforms
- Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and an understanding of FCA or equivalent compliance frameworks
- Naturally creative, idea generating, and prepared to challenge the status quo
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of private markets and a genuine interest in market developments, industry trends, and news
- Will consider candidates on a part-time or full-time basis
