Matchday Turnstile Supervisor

REPORTING TO: Stadium Manager
LOCATION: cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens (NN5 5BG)
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT:Variable – will include some work on evenings, weekends and public holidays.
CONTRACT TYPE: Part-time

ROLE:

The Club’s Stadium Management team is seeking to recruit a number of matchday Turnstile Supervisors to support our existing turnstile operators in resolving any issues with tickets which do not scan correctly.

Our matchday staff are some of the most important at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens – they are a face of the Club and sometimes the first people that supporters of any team may come into contact with as a representative of [Employer hidden].

Successful candidates should be aged 21 and over, confident in dealing with members of the public to resolve queries and have strong IT skills.
