An excellent opportunity to join the reataurant team as Head Waiter or Waitress. As an experienced waiter or waitress, you will oversee the high quality service given to guests by the front of house service team, ensuring each guest enjoys the perfect [Employer hidden] experience.

You will supervise the junior members of the team, building strong working relationships with teams across the restaurant and hotel.

47.5hr contract, competitive salary + bonus

Role Responsibilities

• To ensure all guests receive exceptional service
• To have a good knowledge of our menus and service style
• To train and develop the team
• To assist in supervising junior team members
• To promote good team spirit
• To build strong relationships with team members and guests
• To control accurate billing and be conversant with the accounts/management team

Role Requirements

• Passion, personality, enthusiasm, dedication, motivation and last but not least, teamwork
• Fine Dining Experience is ESSENTIAL
• Michelin Star / Four AA Rosettes experience is DESIRABLE
