Support Worker/Enabler in Crediton

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Services are recruiting for passionate and caring support workers/enablers to support people within our supported living services. Due to expansion, we are seeking full-time, part-time and relief support workers to join our team!

What the role entails:

Supporting service users to live independently and promoting choice
Administering of medication
Ensuring they have access to meaningful activities daily
Supporting service users to attend any medical or dental appointments
Building a professional rapport with the people we support
Supporting them to keep in touch with family and friends
Supporting service users to maintain a safe and clean environment
