FULL DESCRIPTION

Receptionist – Glasgow (3-Month Contract, 30 Hours per Week)
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Receptionist to join their team in Glasgow on a 3-month contract. This role is Monday to Thursday, 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for staff, contractors, and clients
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience
  • Maintain filing systems and update office databases
  • Handle general filing and record keeping
  • Provide progress and activity reporting as required
  • Monitor and manage the site-specific Facilities inbox, assigning tasks accordingly
  • Operate the UK switchboard: answer, transfer calls, and relay messages
  • Process incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries
  • Liaise with building management when necessary

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Office 365
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn
