[Employer hidden] is transforming the way eating disorders are treated in the UK. Founded in 2018, we provide intensive day treatment for individuals aged 16+, offering an evidence-based alternative to inpatient hospitalisation and enabling earlier intervention — because we know early support leads to better outcomes.

Our vision is simple: Recovery for All.

We deliver stepped, recovery-based treatment both in-person and online, combining clinical excellence with compassion and kindness at our core.

Role Overview:

As Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and comfort across the clinic. You will also provide basic kitchen support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping, sanitation and safety throughout the clinic (basement to 4th floor)
  • Clean all therapy rooms, offices, kitchen areas, bathrooms and communal space
  • Support the kitchen team with basic kitchen duties as required
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the Facilities and Health & Safety Manager in good time for reordering
  • Report maintenance issues promptly for repair coordination
  • Follow infection prevention and control procedures
  • Adhere to COSHH, HACCP, health & safety and fire safety policies
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Communicate effectively with staff, carers and visitors
  • Immediately report any health and safety concerns

Desired Skills and Expertise:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (healthcare or hospitality desirable)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong awareness of:
    • Fire and emergency procedures
    • Infection prevention and control
    • Health & Safety policy
    • HACCP
    • COSHH
