We’re on the hunt for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join the team who lives for building meaningful partnerships, inspiring teams, and driving growth.
Your role will report into [Employer hidden]’s Business Director within the Partnerships team. This is a full time, permanent role.

You are a confident, accomplished client partner, with a proven track record of driving account and revenue growth. You are proud of the partnerships you build and motivated by converting opportunities into results by delivering best in class pitches and proposals.
You are a natural communicator, extremely approachable and exciting to work with, for both our internal teams and our external partners and collaborators.
A connector by nature, you’ll ensure [Employer hidden] continues building high-quality, collaborative partnerships that unlock great creative and commercial outcomes. You think big, but always know when to focus on the details that matter.

We’re looking for someone who can own the full partnership lifecycle, from first conversation through to long-term account growth, ensuring [Employer hidden] continues to partner and deliver work with brands that we’re genuinely excited by.
A big part of this role is sparking opportunities from nowhere. Not just responding to warm introductions, but proactively identifying great brand fits, building new networks, and reaching out with intent to open up introductions and create new conversations.
This role is about bringing senior judgement, pace and clarity to how [Employer hidden] grows through partnerships.
Your focus areas:
Partnership Leadership & Account Growth
- Own and deepen a selection of key client partnerships.
- Build trust across multiple senior stakeholders internally and with our partner organisations.
- Identify and drive partnership expansion, new scopes and longer-term opportunities.
New Business & Opportunity Conversion
- Take ownership of inbound enquiries, warm introductions, and proactive outreach.
- Qualify opportunities and shape early-stage conversations.
- Drive momentum from the first interaction through proposal and close.
- Work proactively to build new relationships, and open doors with new partners via cold outreach.
- Maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline.
Commercial Clarity & Presence
- Maintain a clear view of pipeline, deal stages and priorities.
- Support scoping and forecasting conversations.
- Represent [Employer hidden] confidently in senior partner environments.
- Act as a voice of commercial reason across our internal teams.
Your credentials
Skills and abilities:
- Senior experience in partnerships, account growth, business development or a similar role.
- A natural at leading relationships with senior stakeholders and navigating complex partner environments.
- Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes with sound judgement and care.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Collaborative, calm and proactive.
- A real passion and interest in the creative and technology industries.
- A strong existing network within relevant industries.
- Comfortable owning and running multiple opportunities at once.
- Ability to stay calm and prioritise in times of tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to support key partner moments, milestones or delivery needs outside of typical hours where required.
- Openness to travel to spend time with partners, build relationships in person, and be part of key moments together.
Bonus points:
- Great eye for design
- Speaking another language never hurts
- A (not so) secret passion for improving processes
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other Google tooling
- Experience working with any of our existing clients
- Confident positioning projects externally through awards, industry moments, and broader visibility opportunities.
This role may include other duties and responsibilities from time to time and may be subject to review and amends to reflect any changing needs of the business.
