We're working with a Local Authority in Kent who're looking to bring in an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to support their busy and proactive team. This Private Sector Housing Officer role offers a varied and exciting opportunity within Kent, where you'll be trusted to manage your own caseload and make a real impact across the Private Rented Sector.

  • Strong Private Sector Housing experience
  • HHSRS, HMO & enforcement knowledge
  • Confident managing your own caseload
  • Experience with Civil Penalties
