FULL DESCRIPTION
I am working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are who are seeking an experienced S-106 Officer to support their team on a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity for an experienced enforcement professional to assist with this skill gap and support the service.
The Role:
- As a Senior Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for To maintain the Register of Section 106 Agreements and proactively monitor the agreements to ensure that the provisions within them are recorded and enacted efficiently.
- To develop, implement and enhance Section 106 processes.
- To maintain an up-to-date register of Section 106 Agreements ensuring accurate input to relevant software systems.
- Take a proactive role in monitoring of trigger points, including monitoring commencement notices, site monitoring and working with other Council departments to identify commencement and trigger dates.
- Generation of invoices for payment of Section 106 obligations and other required payments due to the department and arranging transfer of monies to third parties.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months months initially
- Rate: £25 - £35 per hour (umbrella)
- Hours: Full-time
- Working pattern: Fully Remote, with the option to be on site also.
