We are seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering compassionate support.

Must have:
- Care work experience to a senior level.
- Meds trained
- Care qualifications and training.
- Enhanced DBS.
- References.

Responsibilities

• 1 2 1 Care
• Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and eating
• Support residents with mobility and physical activities
• Maintain accurate care records and assist in the development of care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
• Provide emotional support to residents and promote their independence
• Assist in the organisation of recreational activities for residents

Qualifications

-1 2 1 care experience.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting is desirable.
- Ability to create and implement care plans effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with working in a care home environment.
- Fluency in English language.

Providing care: 2 years (required)

NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
