- Assist with meal preparation and ensure all food is served on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including dishwashing, cleaning equipment, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure safe food storage and assist with food deliveries and stock rotation.
- Set up dining areas and assist with serving meals to residents.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines.
- Assist with any other kitchen duties as required by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
