**MEP Commercial Manager
Central London – (Hybrid Working Available)
Tier 1 MEP Contractor – Hyperscale Data Centre Project**

A leading Tier 1 MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team on a flagship hyperscale data centre project in North-West London with hybrid working opportunities. This is a rare opportunity to work on one of the capital’s most high-profile, technically complex schemes, delivering critical infrastructure at scale.

About the Role:
You will join a high-performing commercial team, taking ownership of the commercial function on a major hyperscale data centre project. Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in driving project performance and ensuring commercial success on a fast-paced, high-value scheme.

• Lead the commercial management of a large-scale MEP package on a hyperscale data centre
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration
• Manage procurement, subcontractor accounts, and final accounts
• Work closely with project delivery teams to maximise value and mitigate risk
• Contribute to the successful delivery of a technically complex, mission-critical project

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working for a Tier 1 or leading MEP contractor
• Strong background in delivering large-scale MEP packages, ideally within data centres or other mission-critical environments
• Excellent knowledge of contract forms (e.g. JCT / NEC) and commercial processes
• Confident managing high-value projects in a fast-paced environment
• Driven, commercially astute, and keen to progress within a leading contractor
