Exclusive opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing commercial team on a landmark, first-of-its-kind development in Oxford. Backed by significant investment, this major project represents a significant expansion of world-class scientific and research facilities and offers a rare opportunity to be part of a transformative scheme from an early stage through to delivery. I am looking for a commercially astute professional with a proven track record on major construction projects. You will bring strong experience administering NEC and/or JCT contracts, with the ability to manage cost planning, procurement, valuations, and commercial reporting across complex packages. While experience within pharmaceutical or laboratory environments is preferred, I am also keen to hear from candidates with a background in high-rise commercial developments or large-scale fit-out projects who can demonstrate the ability to operate in technically demanding environments. This is a site-based role, requiring attendance 5 days a week, so candidates must be able to reliably commute to Oxford.
