The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to help scale [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]’s demand generation engine and turn more of our audience into engaged buyers.
This role sits within the marketing team and focuses on marketing-led growth across the acquisition and funnel journey. You’ll run and optimise growth programs across paid acquisition, landing pages, lifecycle marketing, and campaign experimentation.
You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Growth Engineering to improve how prospects discover [Employer hidden], engage with our content, and convert into qualified pipeline.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both executing experiments and improving systems – someone who can move quickly, learn from data, and continuously refine how we grow.
What you’ll do
- Manage and optimise paid acquisition channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google)
- Launch and iterate on campaigns to drive high-quality pipeline
- Test messaging, audiences, creative, and offers to improve performance
Improve marketing funnel conversion
- Identify and improve friction across key parts of the marketing funnel
- Run experiments on landing pages, demo booking flows, and conversion points
- Work with Product Marketing and Content to improve how we present value to buyers
Build and improve lifecycle marketing
- Design and optimise nurture journeys from awareness to action
- Improve follow-up for inbound leads, self-serve signups, and campaign-driven traffic
- Use behavioural signals to improve timing, targeting, and relevance
Drive experimentation and insight
- Develop hypotheses and run structured growth experiments
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and bottlenecks
- Share clear insights and recommendations with the wider team
Collaborate cross-functionally
- Partner with Product Marketing on messaging and campaigns
- Work with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality and handoff
- Collaborate with Growth Engineering where marketing initiatives intersect with product or data systems
What success looks like
In your first 12 months, you’ll:
- Improve conversion from inbound traffic and signups into qualified pipeline
- Launch and scale repeatable demand generation campaigns
- Establish consistent experimentation across paid, landing pages, and lifecycle
- Contribute to a clearer understanding of where and why prospects convert or drop off
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who combines strong execution with curiosity and analytical thinking.
You might be a good fit if you:
- Think in experiments and hypotheses rather than one-off campaigns
- Are curious about how buyers behave and why growth works (or doesn’t)
- Enjoy improving systems, not just running campaigns
- Have experience running demand generation or growth programs in B2B SaaS
- Are comfortable managing and optimising paid acquisition channels
- Have experience improving conversion across landing pages, funnels, or lifecycle programs
Bonus points
- Experience working with self-serve or PLG-style funnels
- Experience with lifecycle or marketing automation systems
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and experimentation frameworks
- Experience in HRTech, SaaS, or data products
