Senior Strategy & Analytics Manager - Collections and Recoveries

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Strategy Manager to join [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] and take a leading role in shaping our collections and recoveries strategy. You’ll own the strategic development of one of the most important levers in [Employer hidden]’s unit economics, working across collections journeys, recovery operations, and partner strategy. Using data-driven insights, you’ll identify how we can improve performance, scale sustainably, and support [Employer hidden]’s rapid growth across new products, verticals and markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Analytics, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to define and scale [Employer hidden]’s global collections and recoveries strategy across products, verticals and markets.
  • You’ll use your technical and analytical expertise to champion data-informed decisions that materially improve performance, balancing customer outcomes with strong unit economics as [Employer hidden] continues to grow.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams across operations, product, finance and engineering, as well as external partners, to turn insight into action and deliver meaningful, measurable change.
  • You’ll bring strong commercial judgement, confidently navigating competing priorities and stakeholders to design strategies that are robust, scalable and aligned with [Employer hidden]’s broader objectives.
  • Your work will play a direct role in enabling [Employer hidden]’s sustainable, circular approach to consumer electronics, ensuring that growth is responsible, efficient and built to last.

You’ll Succeed With

  • A proven track record with 5+ years of experience in analytics or data-focussed collections and recovery strategy roles
  • A 2:1 or higher from a top university, preferably in a STEM or quantitative discipline.
  • Using your technical skills (SQL, Python) to get into the details of our collections and recovery strategies, leveraging internal and external datasets to deliver actionable insight into critical business functions.
  • The ability to also step back from the detail of the data and think strategically while delivering as part of a larger team.
  • Collaborating in a fast-paced environment across the business with diverse skill sets and personality types. You have great stakeholder management skills and love using your analytical skills to champion data-driven decision-making and educate others.
