I’m currently reaching out to experienced leaders for a Registered Manager position in Swadlincote. This legally accountable role manages a specialist 3-bed home. We dedicate our service to children and young people with learning disabilities.

The Essentials:

  • Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience).
  • The Mission: Lead an Ofsted-regulated provision, embedding a therapeutic, child-centered culture.
