IFA Administrator – Financial Services

We are looking for a proactive and organised IFA Administrator to join a busy financial services team. This is a client-facing role that provides crucial support to advisers while ensuring smooth processing of new business and ongoing client administration.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and providers
  • Managing post, digital documents, diaries, and meeting arrangements
  • Preparing and sending accurate client communications
  • Handling calls professionally and maintaining accurate records
  • Completing application forms and ensuring new business cases are processed efficiently
  • Following up on Letters of Authority and other client documentation
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks, projects, and ad hoc requests
  • Assisting with training colleagues and completing ongoing professional development
