About This Role

Primary Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Provide Pastoral Care to church members, offering spiritual guidance, counseling, and prayer support.
  • Lead Church Services, including Sunday worship, Bible study sessions, and special church events.
  • Support Ministry Operations by working closely with the Senior Pastor and church leadership.
  • Preach and Teach biblical principles, delivering sermons and leading discipleship programs.
  • Oversee Small Groups and Ministries, ensuring their growth and alignment with the church’s mission.
  • Encourage Community Outreach, engaging with the local community to expand the church’s impact.
  • Provide Leadership and Support for volunteers, ministry leaders, and staff members.
  • Assist in Event Planning and Coordination for church functions, conferences, and retreats.
  • Offer Crisis Support for church members dealing with personal and spiritual challenges.
  • Participate in Administrative Duties, such as planning meetings and contributing to church reports.

Reporting Structure
