Missions & Community Service Coordinator (SoC Code: 2444)

This position requires a committed and visionary individual who is passionate about serving communities, spreading the gospel, and developing sustainable outreach initiatives.

  • Coordinate Community Projects, ensuring alignment with the church’s mission and values.
  • Lead Mission Trips, organising logistics, team preparation, and spiritual engagement.
  • Liaise with Partner Organisations, fostering strong relationships to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Develop and Implement Outreach Strategies, addressing local and international community needs.
  • Mobilise Volunteers for community service projects and mission trips.
  • Facilitate Training Programmes to equip church members with the necessary skills for outreach and missions.
  • Oversee Fundraising Efforts to support mission work and community service initiatives.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Impact, ensuring the effectiveness of outreach programmes.
  • Encourage Congregational Involvement in missions and community service.
  • Collaborate with Church Leadership to integrate missions and community service into the broader ministry.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Senior Pastor and works closely with ministry teams and external partners.

Your Schedule
