About This Role

The Evangelism & Outreach Coordinator at [Employer hidden] plays a crucial role in planning and leading outreach programs, developing evangelistic materials, and engaging with the local community. This position requires a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to spreading the gospel and fostering meaningful connections within the community.

Primary Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Plan and Lead Outreach Programs, including community service projects, evangelistic campaigns, and local missions.
  • Develop Evangelistic Materials, such as tracts, flyers, and digital content to support outreach initiatives.
  • Engage with the Local Community by building relationships and providing spiritual support.
  • Coordinate Street Evangelism Efforts, ensuring strategic and impactful outreach activities.
  • Train and Equip Church Members to actively participate in evangelism and outreach ministries.
  • Organise Special Outreach Events, such as revival meetings, prayer walks, and charity drives.
  • Collaborate with Ministry Leaders to integrate evangelism efforts with other church activities.
  • Establish Partnerships with local organisations, charities, and mission groups to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Outreach Programs to measure impact and effectiveness, making necessary improvements.
  • Utilise Digital Media and Social Platforms to expand the reach of evangelistic efforts.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Senior Pastor and works closely with the church leadership and outreach teams.
