Minister of Religion Roles

*(SOC Code 2444 – Clergy)*

Senior Pastor / Lead Pastor (Pentecostal)

Role Purpose To provide overall spiritual leadership to HMCA, guiding the congregation through preaching, teaching, worship, prayer, and pastoral care in accordance with Pentecostal Christian doctrine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead worship services, prayer meetings, and religious observances
  • Preach and teach the Bible as the principal spiritual leader of the church
  • Provide pastoral care, spiritual counselling, and prayer ministry
  • Oversee discipleship, spiritual growth, and faith-formation programmes
  • Ordain, mentor, and spiritually supervise ministers and church leaders
  • Lead evangelism, mission, and outreach activities
  • Safeguard doctrinal integrity and Pentecostal teaching

Who We Are Looking For

  • An ordained or formally recognised Pentecostal minister
  • Proven experience in pastoral leadership and ministry
  • A strong calling to spiritual leadership and service
