As a Placement Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents through one to one sessions and structured groupwork. You’ll bring compassion, resilience and a genuine commitment to helping women move forward positively with their lives.

We are passionate about delivering high quality accommodation and person centred support that truly makes a difference.

As a Placement Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents through one to one sessions and structured groupwork. You’ll bring compassion, resilience and a genuine commitment to helping women move forward positively with their lives.

If you have experience within the Criminal Justice System — or a strong understanding of the challenges faced by women in this context — you’ll be able to hit the ground running. What matters most is your ability to lead by example, motivate others, and bring positivity to this varied and rewarding role.

You’ll work closely with a small, dedicated staff team to manage risk effectively while encouraging women to address the difficult areas in their lives and build towards a more stable future.

Working Pattern (Part Time, 30 hours per week):

  • Monday: 10am–5pm
  • Thursday: 10am–5pm
  • Friday: 10am–9pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am–3:30pm
