Electronics Test & Inspection Technician

We're looking for an Electronics Test & Inspection Technician to join our electronics department within [Employer hidden].

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update electronics test and inspection checklists and procedures.
  • Test and inspect sensors, harnesses, and related electronic assemblies against defined documentation.
  • Service and turn around electronics components in line with schedules and event reports.
  • Produce fault reports, concessions, or NCRs when issues occur.
  • Communicate design or manufacturing issues promptly to Design, Quality, Production, or Supply Chain teams.
  • Ensure all Electronics Support Test and Inspection tools are fit for purpose and correctly calibrated.
  • Maintain accurate calibration records for all electronic components.
  • Support design and manufacture of electronics assemblies, raising issues to the Electronics Support Group Leader or relevant teams.
  • Provide ad‑hoc technician support for in-house electrical/electronic components, looms, assemblies, rigs, and dynos.
  • Share responsibility for managing workshop and event support materials and tools.
  • Interpret mechanical, electronic, and electrical technical drawings to work independently as required.
