Job Title: Director of Sales (Hospitality / Healthcare – Textiles)
Location: UK (Remote with National Travel)
Salary: £120,000 – £150,000 + Package
We are representing a fast-growing, design-led textile manufacturer with a reputation for quality, creativity, and customer focus. Supplying premium products to the hospitality and healthcare sectors, the company has built a strong platform for growth and is now seeking an exceptional Sales Director to join the Board. This is a pivotal appointment at a key stage of the journey – the opportunity to lead strategy, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver sustained commercial success.
Roles and Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute a clear, ambitious sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
Provide strong, visible leadership to a talented sales team, building capability and fostering a high-performance culture.
Act as a key member of the Board, influencing wider business direction.
Market Development
Expand market share across hospitality (luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants) and healthcare (hospitals, care providers).
Leverage existing relationships while building new, high-value partnerships.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within both UK and international markets.
Commercial Delivery
Achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets.
Drive pipeline development, ensuring accurate forecasting and robust reporting.
Collaborate closely with design, production, and operations to ensure seamless customer delivery.
Essential Experience
A strong network of contacts within hospitality (hotel groups, operators, procurement specialists, designers, etc.).
Strategic vision combined with hands-on commercial acumen.
A natural ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills at C-suite and buyer level.
Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset suited to a fast-moving entrepreneurial business.
Benefits
Base Salary: £120,000 – £150,000 depending on experience.
