Job Description
As a sales executive, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to communicate with existing or potential clients
- Adjust content of sales presentations by understanding the client needs
- Provide relevant product information by referring to price lists and product information
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily client reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and marketing techniques
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reading relevant information online, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and learning from other colleagues in the company
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on client sales and other relevant information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing relevant results as needed
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin & English
