Job Description

  • To provide administrative support to the human resource management systems of the organisation.
  • Organizing the personnel recruitment process and seeking suitable personnel for the company through various channels.
  • Organising the development of the company's training plan, organising personnel to attend training and assessing the effectiveness of training.
  • To organize and formulate strategic human resources planning according to the company's development strategy.
  • Participating in major personnel decisions of the company.
  • Regularly organizing the collection of staff ideas and suggestions.
