We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our brand new clients care package, at their home based in Cardiff.

When you'll be working:

- Waking Nights (8pm - 8am)

- Part Time and Full Time hours available

What you'll be doing:

This role is to support our client in their own homewhich will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.

No previous experience required as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
