Sous Chef
£40,000 per annum + monthly service charge payment
- 4 weeks holiday rising to 5 weeks with service

Sous Chef
We are seeking a driven and talented Sous Chef, ideally with a 3-rosette background, to help AG’s Restaurant and support our Reflections Restaurant teams in achieving their goals.
You will have the drive, determination and skills to help the Head Chef achieve 3 Rosette standard for our AG’s Restaurant and 2 Rosette standard for our Reflections Restaurant.
This is an opportunity to join our new Executive Chef and be part of a kitchen team with genuine ambition, where creativity, precision, and consistency are at the heart of everything we do.
- Support the Head Chef in delivering food to a 3 Rosette standard using fresh local produce and seasonal ingredients.
- Lead and inspire the team in day-to-day service.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation and consistency.
- Contribute to menu development and innovations.
- Drive, training, develop and coach the team to success.
- Working 5 shifts per week 45 hrs per week
About You;
- Proven experience in 2-3 Rosette or Michelin level kitchens
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure with strong leadership skills.
- Passion for seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
- Ambition to be part of a team pushing for accolades.
