The Internal Sales Executive is responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries and converting leads into successful business opportunities. Acting as a key point of contact for potential clients, the role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, the Internal Sales Executive plays a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and ensuring a high conversion rate from enquiry to order.

Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, the Internal Sales Executive plays a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and ensuring a high conversion rate from enquiry to order.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries.
New Business Development
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound activity.
- Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and engagement with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business prospects.
- Target new market sectors and customers in line with business growth objectives.
Sales development & conversion
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate welfare unit solutions.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and sales information accurately and efficiently
Customer relationship management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop trust with key decision-makers to encourage repeat business.
CRM & sales administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

- Ability to build rapport and develop long-term client relationships.
- Confident in both inbound and outbound sales activity.
- Good IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
