We are looking for an experience and enthusiastic Pizza Chef to join our team in our newest opening - Tracks. This role is a fixed term contract until September 2026. As a Pizza Chef at Tracks, you will be responsible for prepping and cooking our signature pizzas to perfection.

As a Pizza Chef at Tracks, you will be responsible for prepping and cooking our signature pizzas to perfection.
In this role, you will be:
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to the established recipes and standards.
- Stretch and shape dough by hand to create a variety of pizza styles.
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Uphold Tracks standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation at all times.
- Contribute ideas for the new pizza flavours and seasonal specials to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
We offer on top of your salary a share of tips, full time hours Thursday to Sunday, as well as other benefits.
About You
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or Pizza Cook in a high-volume setting.
- Proven knowledge in pizza dough, sauce, and topping combinations, as well as pizza oven operation.
- Creative flair and passion for experimenting with flavours and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Proven effective communication and team work skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front of house staff.
- Flexibility work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
