Media Lead

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Media Lead to join the team on Fable, our open world action RPG.

About us:

As a first-party Xbox Game Studio, we are passionate about making genre-defining games that are accessible, beautiful, and, most of all, fun. We are excited to be rebooting the much-loved Fable franchise and are expanding our diverse team to create a new classic in the action RPG genre.

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced creative leader who can manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team. You’ll coach Capture Artists, Editors and Motion Designers, set standards, shape pipelines, and partner closely with Directors and Community to deliver best in class trailers, social content, livestream assets and in engine promotional material.

This is a permanent role based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Royal Leamington Spa. We have a hybrid work model in place with a minimum of 3 days a week in studio. Relocation assistance is available if required.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a small but high impact team of Capture Artists, Editors and Motion Designers.
  • Set direction, provide clear briefs, maintain quality and foster a feedback rich culture that balances speed with delivery.
  • Build resourcing plans, allocate work, and balance priorities across live marketing beats, milestones and reactive opportunities.
  • Establish clear review gates and drive efficient signoff with stakeholders.
  • Manage external partners to supplement internal resource.

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience leading creative media teams in games, entertainment or adjacent creative industries.
  • Proven ability to manage people and production while remaining hands-on with capture and editing.
  • Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects with a strong grasp of animation principles, visual storytelling and graphic design.
  • Highly skilled at in-game capture, cinematography, lighting and editorial.
  • Confident staging cameras and characters in-engine.
  • A track record of shipping quality content across trailers, social, livestreams and community campaigns.
  • Excellent feedback literacy and stakeholder management. You should be confident turning ambiguous notes into clear next steps.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make world-class games with an established, talented, and collaborative team at one of the industry’s most exciting first-party game studios.
