FULL DESCRIPTION

Building Surveyor *3‑month initial contract
£350 per day
Inside IR35 (via umbrella)*

London
Remote / Hybrid working

CVs are being reviewed immediately and interviews will be taking place week commencing 24th March.

Your role as Building Surveyor:

  • *Survey* completed major works to identify defects and remedial needs
  • *Assess* condition, maintenance issues and future planned works
  • *Review* QHIP projects through desktop assessments and post inspections
  • *Prepare* clear reports, recommendations and schedules for stakeholders
  • *Manage* defect rectification and contract compliance from start to finish

Your experience as a Building Surveyor:

  • Strong background in *housing maintenance and refurbishment*
  • *Degree‑level* education in a construction discipline or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to *manage projects*, budgets, and contractor relationships
  • Experience preparing *clear, concise technical reports*
  • Confident dealing with *residents, contractors and stakeholders*
