FULL DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an experienced Power Platform Consultant to join our growing team, delivering Agile Microsoft solutions for UK Public Sector clients. In this role, you’ll work hands-on designing and building solutions using Power Platform and Azure, collaborating closely with developers, delivery managers, and customers. You’ll have real ownership across the full lifecycle — from solution design through to build, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver Power Platform solutions within Agile delivery teams
  • Build applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Dataverse
  • Create and manage workflows using Power Automate, including integrations and approvals
  • Collaborate with developers, delivery managers, and architects to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Engage directly with clients and end users to understand requirements and provide guidance
  • Contribute to solution design, technical discussions, and delivery best practices
  • Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

Mandatory Requirements

  • Strong hands-on Power Platform development experience, including:
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) using Dataverse
  • Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, integrations)
  • Experience delivering solutions in Agile projects (Scrum preferred)
  • Background working in a consultancy or services environment
  • Ability to contribute to solution design and technical decision-making
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders
