X 4 Manufacturing Process Technician - 12 month FTC

We are looking for X4 Manufacturing Operator’s to support the production of our next‑generation fuel cells. In this role, you will operate a range of manufacturing processes under controlled conditions while consistently monitoring and recording quality control data. You will follow comprehensive work instructions to manufacture fuel cells to the highest standards, including accurately weighing materials, operating process equipment, completing in-process checks, and carrying out visual inspections in line with defined quality criteria.

You will be responsible for reporting any process or product non‑conformances, maintaining adequate stocks of raw materials, and contributing to continuous improvement activities alongside our R&D and Engineering teams. To succeed in this position, you will ideally bring basic manufacturing process skills and a strong eye for detail. Good literacy, numeracy, and excellent communication skills are essential.

This role is based at our Horsham facility and will begin with training on the early shift (06:00–13:45) for up to two months, followed by a transition to the night shift (21:45–06:00). If you feel you may not meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply—full training will be provided.
