We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team, delivering high-impact visual assets across digital and print channels to promote the full range of Cerillion products and services.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team, delivering high-impact visual assets across digital and print channels to promote the full range of Cerillion products and services.

Reporting to the Content Specialist, you’ll design engaging, brand-aligned creative – from campaign assets and social graphics to videos, presentations and brand materials.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded designer with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex B2B technology messaging into clear, compelling visuals.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Design visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social, print and events.
  • Produce engaging creative for digital platforms including website, landing pages and paid media, supporting lead generation and campaign performance.
  • Create branded materials including presentations, sales enablement assets and exhibition graphics.
  • Maintain and evolve brand assets and ensure consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the Content, ABM and Sales stakeholders to translate messaging into effective visual storytelling.
  • Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance creative output and adopt relevant design trends.

Education, qualifications & special training

Educated to degree level in Graphic Design or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

Experience

Competencies/capabilities – technical/professional

Essential

  • 2-3 years’ experience in graphic design, delivering high-performing creative assets, ideally in B2B / SaaS.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first B2B design work is essential.
  • Experience creating digital assets optimised for performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles, typography and layout.
  • Experience designing content for social media including for LinkedIn, X / Twitter and Facebook.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.

Desirable

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g. Adobe After Effects).
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g. Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for digital asset adaptation.
  • Strong interest in the technology and telecommunications sectors.
